Welcome to the office of Dr. Mashouf and Dr. Baird, where you experience a friendly, safe and comfortable environment in the heart of San Jose (Willow Glen). We have combined the most advanced technology and many years of practice experience to provide you with the highest quality of orthodontic treatment in the shortest possible time.
We utilize the latest technological advances in the industry such as Invisalign, clear braces and the new Damon system to ensure that you receive the most effective and least invasive treatment possible. Our revolutionary Early Interceptive Treatment takes advantage of the young age in children (7-10) for maximum effectiveness and minimum discomfort.
A trip to the orthodontist
When you call for a consultation appointment, you will get in touch with Kara. She is our treatment coordinator who has been in the field of orthodontics for over 25 years. She will answer all of your questions and make an appointment for you or your child. Our complimentary orthodontic examination is one hour long and provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the issues involved. It includes the diagnosis, different treatment options, and the fees for each option. Emelia, our financial coordinator, has over 20 years of experience in handling the insurance and other patient’s benefits. She provides the prospective patient with the most optimal financial package available. The combined expertise of Dr. Mashouf and Dr. Baird covers all facets of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment, both in scientific and artistic modalities. Patients are given a tour of the office which includes our state of the art sterilization room, the record processing, and treatment areas. While waiting, patients can enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. After the visit you are provided with a written report about the diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and what to do next. During treatment visits, all parents are encouraged to accompany their children in the treatment area. Their questions and concerns are addressed by the doctors and clinical staff. Our clinical staff of Tammy, Nayeli, and Kara is highly skilled with many years of experience in the field of orthodontics.
